InContact is a recruitment agency in Malta. This page explains how we handle the data you send us through the forms on this website.
What data we collect
Only what you write in the forms: your name, email, phone number, job preferences and, if you upload it, your CV. We do not collect browsing data for advertising and we do not buy data from third parties.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to match you with job opportunities or candidates and to contact you about it. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Your data is saved in a protected database and your CV in a private storage area: people receiving your application get a temporary download link, never a public file.
Cookies
We use only one functional cookie to remember your privacy choice. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to incontactmalta@gmail.com. We reply as soon as possible.
